About ASG

The ASG team belongs to Ningbo Huiying, which is a China-headquartered integrated Inverter & Energy Storage Solution Provider. We supply UL-certified residential hybrid inverter and battery kits, C&I hybrid inverters, and all-in-one cabinet-type PV energy storage systems. What’s more, we have a local after-sales service team stationed in the United States to provide timely maintenance and support for the North American market.

2025 marks the 12th year that our co-founder Simon has been deeply rooted in the PV and inverter industry.

With an unrivaled grasp of China's product supply chain, he has personally visited 200–300 factories spanning the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta—covering both large-scale manufacturing hubs and specialized small workshops.

What frustrates him most is that countless high-quality products have stalled in promotion and application—held back by manufacturers’ shortage of professional sales talent and lack of funds for market certification.

While some manufacturing enterprises thrive, many of their high-potential, high-value products still fail to gain adequate market exposure.

That is why he is determined to be the bridge linking China’s premium products to the global market, fill the gaps for manufacturers, and help more great products precisely meet the needs of target customers worldwide.

The collaboration between Deye Factory and Sol-Ark stands out as a stellar success story in linking China's supply chains to the global marketplace.Over the past decade, Deye has transformed from a humidifier manufacturer into a key player in the hybrid inverter sector.

Starting from 2020, driven by the global surge in electricity prices and growing demand for stable photovoltaic (PV) energy storage solutions, Deye's hybrid inverter business experienced explosive growth. In 2025, Deye's stock price surged 50% from RMB 60 to RMB 90, with a gross profit margin of 50%.

As Deye's exclusive partner in the U.S. market, Sol-Ark's parent company Portable Solar LLC also reaped substantial profits.

Against this backdrop of rising global electricity prices, Simon's mission is clear: to address manufacturers' gaps in sales capabilities and capital, and to help more high-quality, cost-competitive Chinese PV storage products access the global market and meet customer demands.

Gia hails from a family-owned solar panel manufacturing enterprise with years of deep roots in the African market. Prior to this, she worked as a financial journalist and editor at Forbes China.

In 2023, Gia returned to her family’s manufacturing business. In 2024, she began partnering with Deye and now boasts premium distribution channels for Deye products tailored to the EU and African markets, as well as a dedicated team of pre-sales engineers.

In 2025, Gia and Simon instantly hit it off. Together, they are committed to realizing this vision: promoting high-quality products from world-class Chinese manufacturers and building the next Deye Hybrid Inverter & Sol-Ark success story.
